Process for Delivering Talent Services:

  • Intake & Needs Assessment: In our intake call, we uncover your top needs and areas for support. 
  • Contracting: I'll send a Scope of Work for your review so we can get started.
  • Kickoff: We establish the dynamic for our work together, clarify communication preferences, and move toward action on top priorities.
  • Engagement: We meet 2x a month, 90-minute sessions, for a minimum of 3 months. If working on an active recruiting project, our check-in calls will occur weekly.

Why would I need to hire you if we have an HR Director already? In hiring me as your strategic execution partner, you get to benefit from my education and expericne without the full-time commitment or the high costs associated with hiring another full-time team member internally. Most importantly, many HR Directors are significantly overworked and pulled between competing priorities for everything related to HR, Talent, Employee Engagement, Benefits, etc. My role is to lighten their load.

What are your qualifications in the talent space? In addition to 20+ years of progressively challenging experience as a leader, manager, teacher, and consultant in the social impact space, I've also had the privilege of working in Executive Search. My MA/MBA and certificate in Leadership and Management from UC Berkeley Extension also support my lived experience and hands-on work.

I'm an HR Director - what can you do for me and my department? Glad you asked! I bring to the table talent lifecycle experience, particuarly in candidate sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. I devise full-service recruiting strategy that you can execute on with your team OR, we can get really granular and I can execute all aspects of your search from intake to placement. Along the way, I provide helpful updates, align with stakeholders, and ensure candidates have a stellar experience.
